As an extension of my research on the gender gap in cycling, I created a zine called Mind the Cycling Gender Gap to amplify the voices and perspectives of women cyclists. This zine features stories from women in different cities worldwide about their experiences cycling in the city and how that impacts on their sense of self as well as their sense of belonging or feeling at home in the city. More issues are coming… Get in touch if you’d like to contribute a piece!
LISTEN: Here I am on the Wheel Suckers podcast talking about my zine and different gender/cycling issues!
